AS Shopping is a Texas-based company created to connect consumers in Mexico with exclusive lifestyle and consumer brands from the United States --- including fashion, specialty foods, and celebratory products not yet available in Mexico.
Our mission is to bridge markets, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Mexican regulations while making premium brands accessible to Mexican households.
ANARY GIL
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Anary is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in organizational development, talent strategy, and business leadership across leading institutions in Mexico, including C3NTRO Telecom and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). She has led transformative initiatives in talent management, organizational change, and cross-functional leadership, consistently driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Research from the Instituto del Desierto de Santa Ana (IDESA), a Bachelor’s degree in Education with specialization in training and educational software from the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora, and executive training at IPADE Business School and Universidad Tecmilenio in organizational development and performance evaluation.
As CEO of AS Shopping, Anary combines her deep corporate experience with a clear vision for building a trusted cross-border platform that brings retail and lifestyle goods to the Mexican consumer market. .
SELENE MARIN
CFO & CO-FOUNDER
Selene is a finance and operations professional with over 15 years of experience at the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), where she specialized in billing operations, financial administration, and compliance processes for one of Mexico’s largest state-owned enterprises. Her career experience also includes wholesale distribution with Arrocera Schettino, where she managed sales, invoicing, and vendor relations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Universidad del Valle de Orizaba, with additional academic training at IBERO Puebla, equipping her with a strong foundation in commerce and cross-border trade. She has both educational knowledge and first hand experience of supply chains and customer service in competitive markets.
As CFO of AS Shopping, Selene combines her financial expertise and discipline with a commitment to transparency ensuring the company builds a solid and trusted platform.
